I have recently transitioned from thinking of my health mostly in terms of my physical wellbeing, and concentrating on my cognitive wellbeing. That is with understanding that the mind and body work together, they are in sync, and perhaps not everything I do specifically for my body will nourish my mind, my brain, however, everything I do for my brain, will benefit me, overall. That is the mindset that will dictate my health and longevity, as I feed and exercise my brain to simultaneously strengthen my body.
